This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Smart Solution (operated by Sanjay Singh) collects through this website, and how it's used and stored.
1. What data is collected
- Contact form: the name, email address, phone number (if provided), service interest, and message you submit through the Contact page.
- Payment data: when you use a Razorpay Payment Link to book a call or pay for a package, Razorpay collects your payment details (card/UPI/bank info) and billing name/email directly — this website does not receive or store your card, UPI ID, or bank account details.
- Basic technical data: standard web server/hosting logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance purposes.
2. How data is used
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, or schedule a call — they are not used for unrelated marketing and are not sold to any third party. Payment confirmations received from Razorpay are used to identify your booking/purchase and follow up with you about your project.
3. How data is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in a private, password-protected PostgreSQL database hosted by Render, accessible only to Sanjay Singh. Data in transit between your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
4. Payment data (Razorpay)
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator. Razorpay's own privacy policy and security practices govern the handling of your payment instrument data. Smart Solution only receives confirmation that a payment was made (amount, plan/reference, and the billing name/email/phone Razorpay shares with merchants) — never your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
5. Sharing with third parties
Your data is not sold or rented to third parties. It may be shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate this site and process payments — currently Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Render (database hosting) — or when required by law.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping (typically up to 24 months), unless you request earlier deletion. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and tax compliance under Indian law.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal retention requirements, e.g. for completed payments) by emailing devsanjaysingh3172@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days.
8. Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising/tracking cookies. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) are enabled to understand overall traffic patterns, they collect aggregated, anonymized usage data and do not identify you personally.
